We just completed a FULL house wash for our client from EXP Realty, this home is now ready to be listed! The home is in West Palm Beach right by Cityplace!
We cleaned the driveways, walkways and patios with a surface cleaner. By doing so we removed all the dirt and black algae built up on the concrete and tiles.
We then did a house wash using eco-friendly sodium hypochloride. By doing so we were able to remove all the green algae off the side of the home without using high pressure, we call this a "soft wash".
Once the house wash was finished we moved on to the roof. The spanish tiles were covered in dirt, lichens, and black algae. Ideally, we would have soft washed the tiles but there was too much on the tiles. So, we knew pressure washing it was the way to go.
The results were great and now potential buyers can envision themselves in a clean home.
