This was a roof cleaning done in Palm Beach Gardens for our client Dallas. The roof tiles are naturally white but were not cleaned for a long time. Because of this, the tiles built up black algae and dirt that were stuck on them good. Naturally, we like to soft wash these roofs with eco friendly chemical but this job needed some pressure.
We brought up our surface cleaner and detailed every single tile! Since we were using pressure, we had to figure out the max psi we could use on the tile, for these it was no more than 3300.
The roof tiles were brought back to their original color and the debris full gutters were cleaned out!
